DENNIS Properties is privately owned and managed. Denny Trooien is the Chief Executive Officer of DENNIS Properties.

As a former Minnesota real estate attorney for 28 years, Denny Trooien has represented hundreds of clients in tens of thousands of real estate transactions. He now gives full time dedication to real estate acquisitions, development, and investments. Over the last 30 years, he has developed strong business relationships with some of the top lenders, architects, engineers, contractors, and leasing agents throughout Minnesota and the upper Midwest.
